CANCELLATION POLICY
Salon Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and ours! To provide the best service for all our guests, please review our appointment policy: • Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total. • No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, a 100% charge of the scheduled service will be applied. • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and could be subject to a late or missed appointment fee.
